They feature a single central sterling silver wire that has been hammered and flattened into a curved shape and filed to create the sword edges. The hilt of the sword is created using 14K gold-filled wires that have been looped and twisted around the silver sword shape. The swords are suspended on argentium ear wires which are a high quality silver (higher silver content than sterling silver). The silver ball at the end of the ear wire helps to mimic the pommel of the sword.
